What We Collect

Customer records, jobs, quotes, invoices, and payments you create in Crewdex. This is your business data—you own it, we just store it securely.
Usage Information
How you use Crewdex (pages visited, features used, device info). This helps us fix bugs and improve the product.
Payment Information
We use Stripe to process payments. We never see or store your full credit card number—Stripe handles all of that securely.
How We Use It

How We Protect Your Data
Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
Secure hosting: We use Vercel (front-end) and Neon (database) with SOC 2 compliance.
Daily backups: Your data is backed up every day and stored securely for 30 days.
Access controls: Only you and your team can access your data. We don't peek.
Your Rights

- •Correct: Update any incorrect information in your account
- •Delete: Cancel your account and we'll delete all your data within 30 days
